Information You Provide

You may provide information such as a Discord username, email, or access code when using membership features or contacting PJ Trades. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with this site so it can match your account to an active membership. Do not submit sensitive personal information through forms unless specifically requested.

Payments

Membership purchases and billing are handled by Whop, a third-party platform. This site never receives or stores your card number, bank details, or any other payment credential — those stay with Whop and its processors. Review Whop’s own privacy policy for how it handles them.

What Whop Actually Sends Us, And What We Store

Whop sends more than a yes/no membership flag, and this site stores it. When a purchase, renewal, or cancellation happens, our server records, for each membership:

• the Whop event identifier and member (user) identifier;
• the product or plan identifier you bought and the plan name;
• the entitlement tier that purchase resolves to;
• the membership status (pending, delivered, or revoked) and the expiry / renewal date;
• the amount paid and the currency;
• a SHA-256 hash of your access code plus the last four characters of that code, so a code can be recognised without the full code being stored;
• a SHA-256 hash of your email address, used to match a Google sign-in to a purchase;
• a Discord identity field on the membership record, provided for so a membership can be linked to a Discord account ;
• timestamps for when each record was created and processed.

When a purchase completes, the site also posts a message into a private Discord channel run by the owner so your access code can be delivered to you. That message contains your Whop member identifier, the product identifier, the membership type and tier, and the access code itself in plain text. Discord stores that message under its own policies; delete it from the channel if you do not want it retained there. A short note recording the tier and member identifier is kept in this site’s webhook log.

Security and access logs additionally record truncated SHA-256 hashes of the code or handle involved in a sign-in attempt, together with the event type, the outcome, and the time.

Hashing Is Pseudonymisation, Not Anonymisation

Where this policy says a value is “hashed”, that means a one-way SHA-256 hash is stored instead of the plaintext. This reduces risk, but it does not make the data anonymous. A hash of an email address is a stable, unique identifier for you: anyone holding it can confirm whether a given email address is in our records simply by hashing that address and comparing, and email addresses are drawn from a small enough space that guessing attacks are practical. Hashed values are therefore treated as pseudonymous personal data — still personal information about you, still subject to this policy and to any data-protection rights you have.

How Long This Is Kept, And Your Choices

Retention periods for the membership and audit records described above are being confirmed and will be stated here. To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, email pjtradesofficial@gmail.com. Deleting a membership record may end your access, and some records may need to be kept for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, or may be held by Whop or Discord under their own policies rather than ours.

Cookies and Sessions

The premium sign-in system stores a signed session token in a secure, HttpOnly browser cookie so member areas can reopen on the same device during the saved session (7 days by default). The token is never exposed to page scripts or URLs. You can end the session at any time by signing out or clearing browser cookies.

Analytics and Hosting

Site analytics are first-party. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics tag on this site. When you use the site, a small number of funnel events — for example that a pricing button was clicked, or that a free lesson was completed — are sent to this site’s own endpoint and stored in our own database. No visitor analytics data is shared with an analytics company.

Each such event records only: the name of the event, a few small non-personal details about it (for example which plan a button was for), the page path it happened on, and a random identifier generated in your browser so the steps of a single visit can be counted together. That identifier is stored in your browser tab only, is not linked to your account, email or payment, and is not stable across tabs, browsers or devices. We do not record your IP address, your browser user-agent, or your member identity against these events.

Separately, hosting logs, Cloudflare Pages Worker routes, API providers and third-party widgets such as TradingView or Forex Factory/Fair Economy data may process technical information such as device, browser, page views or request metadata under their own terms.

The Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store the email address you give us, the first name if you supply one (it is optional), which form on this site you signed up from, and the times you subscribed and, if you do, unsubscribed. That is the whole record. We do not store your IP address, your browser, or any profile of what you read or click in an email against it.

The list is held in this site’s own database, not in a third-party email platform, so your address is not copied into a marketing vendor’s account by signing up. We use it to send you the newsletter and nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or shared with the prop firms or any other company listed on this site.

Unsubscribing. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and you can also remove yourself at any time at /unsubscribe without signing in or giving a reason. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately, though an email already being sent when you opt out may still arrive. When you unsubscribe we do not delete your address: we mark it as opted out and keep it as a suppression record, because a deleted address would be silently re-added by the next signup or list import and your opt-out would be undone. If you want the record erased outright rather than suppressed, email pjtradesofficial@gmail.com and say so.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the website, verify premium access, improve the user experience, troubleshoot errors, and communicate with members. PJ Trades does not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Links

The site links to Discord, social platforms, TradingView, financial-data providers, and research websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not PJ Trades.
