Who You Are Buying From

The seller of the membership is TODO: owner to confirm — legal entity name, jurisdiction, and registered business address to be inserted here before launch. Until that is filled in, treat “PJ Trades” as a brand name rather than as the identity of the contracting party. Contact for billing, cancellation, and legal notices: pjtradesofficial@gmail.com.

Checkout, subscription billing, and membership records are operated by Whop, a third-party platform. Whop is the merchant of record for the transaction and applies its own terms and refund rules to your purchase. If Whop’s terms and these terms conflict on a matter Whop controls — payment, chargebacks, or its own account rules — Whop’s terms govern that matter.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, joining the Discord, accessing the guidance, or using the stock lab or Forex calendar, you agree to use the materials for educational purposes only and to follow these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a membership or make a purchase.

Membership Access

Premium access codes, sessions, guidance materials, checklists, trade reviews, and private links are for the member only. Do not share, resell, leak, scrape, copy, or redistribute member-only content.

Auto-Renewal — What You Are Agreeing To

A membership is a subscription that renews automatically. By completing checkout you authorise Whop to charge your saved payment method the then-current price for your plan, automatically, at the start of every billing period, with no further action or reminder from you, and to keep doing so until you cancel. The billing period is the one shown on the Whop checkout page for the plan you chose (for example monthly, six-month, or yearly).

Renewal charges continue whether or not you used the membership during the period. If the price of your plan changes, the new price applies from your next renewal; Whop will show the current price on your subscription before it is charged.

How To Cancel, And When It Takes Effect

Cancel through Whop. Sign in to the Whop account you bought with, open your memberships, select this membership, and cancel the subscription there. Cancelling in Discord, leaving the Discord server, deleting the app, or emailing us does not by itself stop billing — the cancellation has to be recorded on the Whop subscription. If you cannot reach your Whop account, email pjtradesofficial@gmail.com and we will help you locate it, but the cancellation still has to be completed on Whop.

Timing. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. A cancellation recorded after a renewal has already been taken applies to the following period, not the one just charged.

Effect. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end the period you have already paid for and does not refund it — access normally continues until the end of the paid period, after which member access and member-only channels are removed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds and no partial or pro-rated refunds for any billing period, used or unused, including a period charged by an automatic renewal you forgot to cancel. This applies to every plan and to lifetime purchases.

This policy does not override rights you have under the law that applies to you, and it does not override Whop’s own refund and dispute rules. Some jurisdictions give consumers a statutory right to cancel or refund a digital purchase that cannot be waived by a term like this one; where such a right applies to you, it applies regardless of this section. Because Whop takes the payment, a refund can only be issued through Whop, and Whop may apply its own policy to the request.

Dependence On Whop And Discord

Membership access depends on third-party platforms that are not controlled by us. Checkout, billing, subscription status, and entitlement records live with Whop; the community and most live sessions run on Discord. If either platform suspends, closes, or restricts your account, changes its pricing or its rules, or has an outage, your access to the membership can be interrupted or lost even though your subscription is paid.

You must keep a Whop account in good standing to keep the membership, and a Discord account in good standing to use the community. We cannot restore access that a third-party platform has removed, and we cannot refund a period affected by a third-party outage or account action. If Whop ceases to be available, we will try to move members to another provider, but no particular outcome is promised.

PJ Trades does not guarantee profits, win rates, outcomes, market moves, fills, or account growth. Any examples are educational illustrations and not financial advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the site, attack the APIs, bypass access controls, share private codes, impersonate another member, harass members, or use the content for illegal or harmful activity.

Intellectual Property

The site design, guidance structure, written materials, checklists, tools, and branding are owned by PJ Trades or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Use the site at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PJ Trades is not liable for trading losses, data errors, technical issues, third-party outages, or decisions you make based on educational content.
